    A: Peechi Fit Coaching's 8-week challenge is designed for individuals seeking a structured workout program, accountability, and guidance. This program operates on a group-based coaching platform but stands out by offering a 1-on-1 weekly check-in form to ensure you receive personalised attention and direction. Throughout the 8 weeks, you will select a workout program catered to your lifestyle, with the flexibility to manually substitute any exercise to better fit your needs.
  • Q: What can I expect from the 1-1 Online Coaching service at Peechi Fit Coaching?
    A: At Peechi Fit Coaching, our 1-1 Online Coaching service is designed to provide a highly personalised fitness experience tailored specifically to your individual goals. We start by developing a customised plan that takes into consideration the equipment you have at home or the gym you attend, ensuring that you can achieve your objectives effectively. Whether you want to focus on certain muscle groups or overall fitness, our coaching is adapted to your needs. To ensure you are fully supported throughout your fitness journey, we offer weekly 1-1 in-depth check-ins via Loom. These video check-ins allow us to provide detailed feedback, answer any questions, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. Our goal is to create a supportive environment that helps you stay motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals. Cost 150 euro monthly.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
