About Peechi Fit Coaching
Hello and welcome to Peechi Fit, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Sarah Kelly and I created Peechi Fit for women just like you.
A little about me..
I started my own fitness journey back in 2017. At the time, I was uncomfortable in my body and I really wanted to make a change. I tried it all…meal plans, food restriction, cutting out certain foods groups, labelling food as “good” or “bad”. All with the intention that it would get me to where I wanted to be, but in fact it moved me further away from my goals. I knew something had to change, what I was doing wasn’t sustainable and I wasn’t happy.
So I took action, I worked really hard and spend a lot of time re-educating myself.
It took time and effort but it was worth every minute. My perception has completely changed over the past few years, I made all the mistakes, so you don’t have to!
I am now the happiest I have ever been, eating more food than ever before, training because I love it, and not as a punishment to my body. I still enjoy social nights, meals out without that food guilt. I am a strong believer in implementing small changes, simple swaps and creating habits to build a lifestyle that works for you, allowing flexibility and most importantly enjoyment while still progressing towards your goal. Restriction isn’t sustainable, there is no one size fits all approach that works. I work with my clients to create a lifestyle that is sustainable and tailored for just for them.
As a qualified Personal trainer and certified Precision Nutrition Coach, I am so excited to be able to use my knowledge and past experiences to help other ladies overcome the challenges and struggles I went through myself.
I created peechi fit to empower women to become the best possible version of themselves.
Thank you,
Sarah
